A1.1 English for Beginners

Never be speechless again!
Anyone who wants to communicate with guests, business partners, or while traveling can hardly get by today without the world's No. 1 language. Even simple basics of the language are useful for getting information and being able to act linguistically. English language skills mean more independence, confidence, and not least, the chance to get to know a country and its people more intensively.
In this course for beginners, you will acquire initial, systematic knowledge of basic vocabulary, pronunciation, and basic grammar. You will practice orally in dialogues in pairs or groups to use the language yourself as often as possible in the course. Homework consolidates the new knowledge. The topics are based on typical everyday and travel situations and the requirements of the Common European Framework of Reference (an overview of the levels can be found in the program booklet as well as on our website). Your own wishes and focus areas can gladly be taken into account after consultation with the instructor.
