Company trainers are needed everywhere that future skilled workers are being trained to a high standard. With the "Trainer Certification (HWK)" qualification, you will acquire the practical knowledge needed to successfully manage the responsible training of your young employees.
The course conveys the necessary legal, vocational, and educational knowledge across four areas of action: planning, preparing, conducting, and completing training. The content is based on the current curriculum of the HWK/IHK and provides intensive preparation for the final examination. The course is recognized as Part IV of the Master Craftsman Examination (HWK).
Admission to the Chamber Examination: completed vocational training, university degree, or at least 6 years of professional experience (the exam is held directly at the Chamber).
The examination is possible directly at the end of the course; the fee is billed separately by the Chamber of Crafts (Handwerkskammer).
