British guitarist and singer Ben Poole is one of the most prominent figures on the current blues-rock scene. In his music, he combines blues, rock, soul, and funk, and on stage, he stands out not only for his virtuoso guitar playing but also for his extraordinary energy and sensitive handling of dynamics. Ben Poole is one of the most significant representatives of the current British blues-rock generation. The guitarist, singer, and songwriter has gained international acclaim not only for his virtuoso playing but also for his ability to naturally blend blues with rock, soul, funk, and modern songwriting. His concerts have been praised by critics and music legends, including Jeff Beck, Gary Moore, and Beth Hart, who highlighted his musicality and distinct expression above all.

He has been performing on the British and European scene since he was sixteen, gradually establishing himself as one of the most respected young blues-rock guitarists. His albums and live recordings confirm that, alongside technical brilliance, Ben Poole's strong suits include a feel for melody, dynamics, and a distinct artistic signature. In 2018, he was ranked among the fifteen best blues guitarists in the world in a Total Guitar magazine poll and has repeatedly appeared in nominations by professional music media.

He will come to the Mandava Jazz festival in a special lineup with Czech musicians Matěj Krečmer (bass guitar) and Jan Pelíšek (drums). The audience can look forward to a concert full of raw blues-rock energy, emotional ballads, thrilling guitar solos, and an exceptionally well-coordinated band that relies primarily on live contact with the audience.
