Little Treasures of Fashion

From October 9 to December 13, 2026, the Municipal Museum in Železný Brod invites you to the Glass Exposition for the exhibition Little Treasures of Fashion, which will present the unique world of beaded handbags from the 19th and 20th centuries.

Visitors will be able to view a selection of historical handbags from the collections of the Municipal Museum in Železný Brod and the Museum of Glass and Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou. The exhibition will feature not only handbags created in the Železný Brod region, but also interesting foreign examples. It also includes a look into the history of this distinctive fashion accessory and its changes over time.
