Guided Tours of the Civil Defense Shelter

Every 1st Saturday of the month, you can visit the civil defense shelter on Lucemburská Street as part of our guided tours. Tour times: 8:30, 10:00, and 11:30 AM. Ticket sales: Liberec Municipal Information Centre.

Explore the largest civil defense shelter in Liberec; you will see displays of gas masks, protective suits, and the original equipment – a fully functional engine room and filter-ventilation system.

Practical information:

• Tour duration: 70-90 minutes

• Ticket sales: online via the eVstupenka network or in person at the Municipal Information Centre in Liberec

• Due to high demand, we recommend booking/purchasing tickets in advance

• The year-round temperature in the shelter is around 11 degrees Celsius, so please dress appropriately

• The tour is not suitable for preschool children

• Pets are not permitted

• Tours are conducted in Czech; foreign language texts are available upon prior arrangement
