With her unmistakable voice, Lisa Bassenge has moved confidently between jazz, chanson, pop, and electronica for more than two decades. The Berlin-based musician became known through the Lisa Bassenge Trio and the band Micatone. Throughout, she has always proven to be an artist who crosses stylistic boundaries and reinterprets songs with great sensitivity.
For a long time, Bassenge sang primarily in English. With her highly acclaimed album Nur fort, she turned intensively to the German language for the first time and created some of her most personal and direct recordings. After several English-language projects, most recently the 2026 album Two Whole Summers – Half a Life, she now returns to German-language songs with the program "Das hier wird für immer sein".
