About this event
From September 25th to 27th, 2026, the Oderwitz-Mittelherwigsdorf church congregation, the Herschdurfer Karnevalsverein e.V. (HKV), and the Kulturfabrik Meda e.V. invite you to the Herschdurfer Kirmst at the Festwiese Mittelherwigsdorf. The diverse program offers entertainment for all generations.
Friday: Tapping of the beer barrel, historic photo exhibition, and live music with Midirock.
Saturday: Exhibition at Kunst Konsum, traditional straw bale rolling, lantern parade, performances by the HKV, and a dance in the marquee with 2Generations and a big fun raffle.
Sunday: Festive church service and morning pint (Frühschoppen), various musical performances, and in the afternoon, an extensive colorful family program with traditional crafts, many game stations, and a circus show.
Food and drinks will be provided on all three days of the event.
