Experience yoga in the open air in our gallery garden! What to bring: A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a towel or blanket for final relaxation.
How to get to the yoga session?:
Walk around the Galerie Lázně building from the right, go through the gate, and go down the stairs into the garden. Or arrive by car from Vítězná street behind the Galerie Lázně building and park in the courtyard.

Conscious yoga movement for activation, flexibility, and relaxation.
Fluid breathwork to support energy flow.
