Guided Tours of the Civil Defense Shelter

Every 1st Saturday of the month, you can visit the civil defense shelter on Lucemburská Street as part of our guided tours. Tour times: 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:30 AM. Ticket sales: Liberec Municipal Information Center.

Explore the largest civil defense shelter in Liberec, see exhibits of gas masks, protective suits, and original equipment – including a fully functional engine room and filter-ventilation system.

Practical information:

• Tour duration: 70–90 minutes

• Ticket sales: online via the eVstupenka network or in person at the Municipal Information Center in Liberec

• Due to high demand, we recommend booking/purchasing tickets in advance

• The year-round temperature in the shelter is around 11°C, so please dress appropriately

• The tour is not suitable for preschool children

• Pets are not allowed

• Tours are in Czech; foreign language texts are available upon prior arrangement
