Worship Concert

On October 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM, the Church of St. John the Baptist in Zgorzelec will host a Worship Concert, serving as the finale of the two-day musical workshops "How Good It Is to Worship" ("Jak dobrze jest uwielbiać").

Workshop participants and instructors will come together on one stage. The choir will be led by Anna Madej with accompaniment by Tymoteusz Jaśków, and the event will also feature Bartek Jaskot and Witek Góral from Uwielbiaj MY. Together, we want to create an evening full of music, prayer, and worship.

The evening will begin with a Eucharist at 6:00 PM, followed immediately by the concert at 7:00 PM.

Just like during last year's workshops, we want to combine communal worship with a concrete gesture of kindness this year as well. Last year, during the final concert, we held a fundraiser for the Angels of Mercy Foundation (Fundacja Aniołów Miłosierdzia), and we are very happy to continue this beautiful initiative.

During this year's concert, you will once again be able to support the Angels of Mercy Foundation, which helps the only hospice for children and adults in Lithuania.

We want this evening to be not only a time of music and prayer but also an opportunity to show solidarity with those who especially need our presence and support.
