Have you baked a loaf of bread you're proud of? Show it to us!
We invite you to take part in our best bread competition! It doesn't matter if you aren't a professional bakery and have no experience – what counts is the taste, the idea, and your own hand-baked loaf.
On September 24, 2026, bring your creation between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to Galeria nad Schodami (Rynek-Ratusz, Lubań).
A prize awaits the winner that no home-baking enthusiast could refuse – a huge sack of real flour!
And who will be judging your loaves? The jury will include Anna Rumińska – an architect, cultural and feasting anthropologist, cook, photographer, publicist, and promoter of the slow movement in Lower Silesia. She is also a leader of Slow Food Dolny Śląsk and initiator of numerous culinary and social activities.
Sourdough? Yeast? With seeds, without seeds, light, dark, traditional, or something completely unexpected?
