About this event
How do flavors shape our memories? Where do the dishes that have graced our tables for generations come from? What role does food play in family rituals and everyday life?
This will be discussed by Anna Rumińska, a member of Slow Food Dolny Śląsk – an educator, researcher of food history and culinary heritage, and promoter of local culinary traditions. For years, she has been working to protect regional flavors and promote the idea of good, clean, and fair food.
The meeting will begin with the results of our Bread Competition, during which we will announce the winners and recognized baked goods. Afterward, attendees will listen to a lecture, and the event will conclude with a tasting of sandwich spreads, prepared as a delicious accompaniment to the conversation about culinary traditions and the everyday pleasures associated with eating.
