Lausitz Festival: Film Concert - Jonathas de Andrade: The Glaring Light of the Margins

Accompanying the double exhibition »The Glaring Light of the Margins« in Bad Muskau and in Cottbus, a screening of three of his short films accompanied by live music will take place in the presence of Jonathas de Andrade at the Energiefabrik Knappenrode. The performers are three Brazilian musicians with whom de Andrade has repeatedly collaborated. The music was composed specifically for these short films.

The concert relates images and sounds to one another in an inimitable way. Contemporary Brazilian art and music combine to create an experience that is as complex as it is wonderful.
