Folk Architecture or the Upper Lusatian House in Upper Lusatia

Come to a bilingual lecture series dedicated to the fascinating phenomenon of the Umgebindehaus in Upper Lusatia. Prof. Thomas Worbs, an expert on traditional building culture, will guide you through the history, construction, and settlement of these unique structures.

The lectures are held at IZU (Informationszentrum Umgebindehaus), Zittau, Schliebenstraße 21, building 2, room 204. The program always begins at 16:15 and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Participation is free, but registration is required for Czech participants due to limited capacity.
