Die Liederlichen – the scenic-musical ensemble of the "J. A. Hiller" Music School in Görlitz
✓ Did you know that for every human being there are 200 million to 1.4 billion insects? There are over a million scientifically described insect species... (though some estimates suggest over 80 million species...). Without insects, our world would no longer exist.... That is why their diversity is so important...
Let yourself be enchanted, immersed in the world of insects. A diverse community of insects living on a secret meadow is preparing for their annual meadow ball. But the beautiful day is interrupted by a catastrophe: the neighboring meadow across the river is burning... Some insects survive by crossing to the other side of the river. What do the local residents do? If they take in the newcomers, will there be too many of them on their meadow? Will there be enough nectar for everyone? What habits do the others have? Are they perhaps dangerous? Do they have different rules?
Such small beings in such a huge universe... Are we humans actually really bigger than them?
A musical fairytale for adults - full of old German chansons. Featuring a script and direction by Bogna von Woedtke and piano accompaniment by Krzysztof Stepek, singing and acting for you are: “Die Liederlichen” – the scenic ensemble of the “J.A. Hiller” Music School in Görlitz.
