About this event
Screening of the film Minotaur, Kino Junior, Be2Can.
Director Andrey Zvyagintsev, a Russian filmmaker who has always been against the war in Ukraine, deals with this war in this film against the backdrop of a story. The plot of the film is set in 2022, during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It follows the fates of a middle-class Russian family – Gleb, Galina, and their son. The family lives in a small town where Gleb owns a company. Their daily life, just like the lives of their loved ones and fellow citizens, is turned upside down with the outbreak of the conflict. Some leave for the West, while others are called up to the army, including many of Gleb's employees, which threatens the existence of his company.
