About this event
5th Chamber Concert with music for woodwind quintet
The woodwind quintet ESPRIT takes you on a sonorous journey through Europe. From the subtle Humoresque by Alexander von Zemlinsky with charm and Viennese elegance, to Anton Reicha's classical quintet, to Fazıl Say with sounds inspired by Turkish traditions. The concert concludes with György Ligeti's spirited Bagatelles, which delight with wit, virtuosity, and surprising musical ideas.
