It's Friday and the work week has finally come to an end. So what could be better than letting the evening fade away while dancing to a proper dose of grind and punk?

Let out your frustration about colleagues and bosses who make your work life hell! This evening offers the chance to recharge and give free rein to all the anger about a world you feel you no longer understand.

A trio of raw energy provides the perfect outlet for this:

• Constrict – Potsdam – Grindcore

• Nickelcrack – Dresden – Powerviolence

• WÜT – Berlin – Punk / Crustgrind

Come by and raise your fist! Feel the frustration fall away and watch life in the pit get some color back again.
