About this event
A cheerful 70s retro comedy performed by DS Lipaby Vrchlabí.
This retro comedy from the 70s, full of exaggeration and nostalgia, takes place in a socialist household, at school, on a football pitch, by the weir, in a hospital, or even at a surprisingly cemetery-based sex party. An integral part of the production is period "pop music," broadcasts of Czechoslovak Television, and an expert take on psychic volcanism. The play's plot follows student Norbert, a known troublemaker, in his relationships with his family (including a realistic father) and teachers. It uses a witty, cynical form, coarser language, and a Slovácko-Slovak dialect, which adds authenticity and a comedic touch to the play. It is a relaxing, funny "little bite" that nostalgically and humorously maps the complexities of growing up and relationships in that era.
Admission: 100 Kč.
