Come celebrate the end of the summer holidays with us at the Harvest Fair!
Dear neighbors and visitors,
The end of summer in Bakov nad Jizerou is inextricably linked to the Harvest Festival (Posvícení). Good food, great music, and fun for the whole family. We cordially invite you to the traditional Harvest Fair, which will take place on Sunday, August 30, at the Leisure Area (Volnočasový areál).
We have prepared a rich program where everyone will find something to enjoy. You can look forward to a showcase of authentic crafts, fascinating raptor demonstrations, children's shows, and a healthy dose of music!
Program:
12:00 – Kick-off! Dj GeorgK will be playing for your listening and dancing pleasure
13:00 – Raptor flight demonstrations (Part 1)
14:00 – Spectacular bubble show for kids
15:00 – Raptor flight demonstrations (Part 2)
16:00 – 17:00 – HD Rock: The best of Czech and international rock hits
18:00 – 20:00 – Blackies: A concert that will get you in the mood for authentic Southern rock
What can you expect throughout the day?
Raptors and forest animals will be here with us the entire time. A unique experiential program focused on predators of our fauna. You will be able to see the animals up close and learn many interesting facts about them.
Please note that Bodyzorbing will be available for a fee, but you will enjoy adrenaline and plenty of laughter in the inflatable balls (herobodyzorbing.cz).
Craft Market: Plenty of stalls with original handmade products and traditional crafts.
Rich Refreshments: So that you don't go hungry, there will be stalls prepared with a varied selection of treats and refreshing drinks.
The event will be guided by our host, Jirka - Dj GeorgK (djgeorgk.cz), who will ensure the proper fair atmosphere.
