How to do it
in October, come to the stadium on Maratońska Street
Registration starts at 1:30 PM
Start from 2:00 PM, every 20 minutes
For whom? For everyone! Even teenagers from 13 years of age can try their hand (with parental consent, to be filled out on-site)
A healthy snack zone will be waiting for those waiting for results, cheering families and friends, and observers!

The Cooper Test in Zgorzelec is an initiative by the DZG Runners group and the parkrun Park Nadnyski community, carried out as part of a project submitted to the Zgorzelec Participatory Budget for 2026. The event is part of the nationwide campaign "Cooper Test for Everyone", coordinated by AZS AWF in Warsaw.
