The discovery of the Cimrman play 'Czech Heaven' confirmed that the trail of the ingenious author did not end in 1914. The drama captures the time when the First World War broke out on earth. We watch it from heaven, where long-dead giants of Czech history fear for the fate of their people. In this crisis, the Czech Heavenly Commission, consisting of Saint Wenceslas, Forefather Čech, and J. A. Comenius, expands with new members to inspire the nation with the very idea of statehood. The performance will take place in the courtyard of the Liebieg Palace, in all weather conditions. Please note that umbrellas are not permitted to ensure the visual comfort of the audience. Tickets will be available for purchase on-site or via the portal evstupenka.cz. The venue and box office open 30 minutes before the performance begins. Refreshments can be purchased at the venue.
