Off to the Middle Ages

The interactive exhibition HEADING TO THE MIDDLE AGES is a playful exhibition full of interesting facts, activities, and experiences where you can not only see the Middle Ages but also try it out, touch it, and discover it with all your senses. Come and see how knights, craftsmen, kings, and ordinary people lived. And who knows – you might discover a true medieval hero in yourself!

The exhibition is followed by the themed PATH IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE MIDDLE AGES. A 3.1 km long adventure route awaits you with 13 stations where young and old alike can try their hand at logic tasks, riddles, and searching for the secret answer. Easier and harder versions of the trail will be prepared, so both young squires and experienced knights will have a great time.

The trail will lead from the City Museum information board along the Ploučnice River to the Mimoň Leisure Area. And we have good news for parents as well – the route is accessible for strollers, bicycles, and balance bikes.
