Burn your own “Jablonec Sea”: Pyrography with Pavel Zícha
Discover the uniqueness of our city in a fun way and take home a handmade decoration. This time, we will focus on the landmark of Jablonec – our Mšeno dam, an oasis of relaxation at the foot of the Jizera Mountains.
You will try the technique of burning into plywood using a template and create your own graphic sheet featuring our “sea” motif.
The event is part of the year-long workshop series “Jablonec and its Phenomena” led by lecturer Pavel Zícha.
The workshop is designed for young and old artists from 9 to 99 years old. It takes place on Saturday, October 10th, in the attic of the Dům Jany a Josefa V. Scheybalových, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in two-hour blocks. The capacity for each block is 15 people; advance booking is required.

The organizer of the creative workshop is the tourist information center in Jablonec nad Nisou (Kultura Jablonec, p. o.). Realized on the occasion of the 160th anniversary of Jablonec being elevated to a city as part of the “Jablonec and its Phenomena” project with financial support from the Liberec Region.
