Means of Payment Data: Handling Personal Data on the Internet (Online)
About this event
Apps, social media, and search engines are part of our everyday digital lives. Many of these products appear to be free at first glance. However, where there is no price tag, we often pay with our personal data.
In this workshop, we will take a look behind the scenes of the modern data economy. Using everyday examples, it will become clear who is collecting data on the internet, what this means for us as users, and how to protect your own data online. Whether it is alternatives to Google, privacy settings, or tracking blockers: after this course, you will be able to surf more safely and self-determinedly.
This measure is co-financed by tax funds based on the budget decided by the members of the Saxon State Parliament.
