About this event
An afternoon full of neighborly gatherings awaits us at the children's playground on Čapkova Street and the adjacent area. A joint pilates or acro-yoga lesson, a children's performance, a swap, roasting sausages, or a running competition for the little ones.
PROGRAM:
14.00 PILATES—a basic group lesson for adults led by experienced instructor Eliška Machová. The exercise will take place outdoors, please bring your own mat.
15.00 ZLATOVLÁSKA (GOLDILOCKS)—Divadlo Jednoho Edy, a puppet story based on a classic Czech fairy tale for audiences from 5 to 100 years old, performed by actress Miroslava Bělohlávková.
16.00 ACROYOGA—a basic group acroyoga lesson (a combination of yoga and partner acrobatics). The exercise will be adapted for pairs consisting of an adult-child or adult-adult. The lesson will be led by two certified instructors under the guidance of Martin Masák. The exercise will take place outdoors, please bring your own mat.
17.00 RUN AROUND THE GARAGES—a fun run for the little ones around the garages. Everyone is a winner :)
17.30 STORYTIME for a pleasant early evening with actress Diana Čičmanová.
Simultaneously, you will be able to participate in a swap (a community exchange of small items and plants). Bring or take something nice.
…Everyone who brings a musical instrument or a few songs in a songbook in addition to sausages for the fire is also welcome.
