Singer and songwriter Zuzana Kropáčová, together with the Sagha Band, presents distinctive original work on the border of indie, folk, pop, and jazz. Sagha Band is the current original project of singer, composer, and lyricist Zuzana Kropáčová. After years of performing in the nu-jazz projects S.O.I.L and DownLoud, she has embarked on a new path, combining independent guitar music, folk, pop, and jazz into a distinctive songwriting form. A significant novelty is the use of Czech lyrics, which give her work an even more immediate and personal character.

The music of Sagha Band is built on strong melodies, sensitive arrangements, and the natural interplay of experienced instrumentalists. The unpretentious songs allow the voice of Zuzana Kropáčová and the subtle shades of the individual instruments to stand out. The result is contemporary original music that retains song-like clarity while offering enough space for jazz sensitivity and musical invention.
