About this venue

Dlaskův statek in Dolánky u Turnova is a heritage-protected open-air museum and one of the most significant examples of traditional folk timber architecture in the Pojizeří region. This former freeholder's farmstead from 1716 originally belonged to the Dlask family, a line of village mayors. Today, it is managed by the Museum of the Bohemian Paradise in Turnov, which maintains exhibitions on rural life, crafts, and agriculture inside, accompanied by regular folklore festivals.
