Klaus Möse Berry Farm & Strawberry Nursery

See a traditional, 3rd-generation family business up close! The Möse family specializes in growing strawberries (rack and open-field farming) and strawberry plant nursery breeding. Rack cultivation in particular allows us to harvest sweet strawberries that have been protected from the weather from mid-May until the first frost. A new open-field cultivation method - the only of its kind in the region - was added in 2025.

Plant nursery breeding includes popular varieties such as Korona, Polka, Kent, and Honeoye, as well as specialty varieties such as Mieze Schindler and Mieze Nova.
