Bikepark Mittelherwigsdorf-Oberseifersdorf

The new cycling track at Bikepark Mittelherwigsdorf-Oberseifersdorf is a brilliant example of what community collaboration can achieve. The whole project grew out of a long-held wish among local children and young people, voiced through the civic platform "MITMACHherwigsdorf," whose children's idea conferences were the driving force behind this safe and appealing spot for active leisure time.

The site covers around 3,000 m², with the track itself stretching roughly 300 metres. Rated blue (easy) in difficulty, it offers ideal conditions for both absolute beginners and more experienced young riders looking to sharpen their balance and technique over terrain obstacles.

In spite of its easier rating, though, the track still calls for caution and adherence to basic rules of safe riding.
