About this venue

Liberec Town Hall, built between 1888 and 1893, is a city landmark intentionally designed to resemble the town hall in Vienna. This richly-decorated structure was designed by Viennese architect Franz von Neumann, its main tower rising to a height of 65 metres. Step inside to admire the breathtaking staircase, rare stained-glass windows, and magnificent wooden-panelled ceremonial hall. The building is used as the seat of local government to this day and puts on guided tours for the public during season.
