Josefův Důl Theater

The Divadelní spolek J. K. Tyl Josefův Důl is a traditional amateur theatre ensemble from the Jizerské hory mountains, with a history dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The ensemble is the main organizer of the renowned amateur theatre festival Josefodolský divadelní jaro, which annually attracts audiences and ensembles from the surrounding region. The amateurs perform their shows, which include fairy tales, comedies, and dramatic plays, at the local Art Nouveau Divadlo v Josefově Dole and regularly tour throughout the Liberecký kraj region.
