Kelchsteine

The Kelchsteine (Chalice Rocks) near Oybin truly are striking sandstone formations: massive blocks sitting on a narrow base created by uneven erosion. The rocks have been used for rock climbing since the 19th century.

Short forest paths lead to scenic viewpoints, with views of Oybin and the surrounding sandstone walls.
