Pala-Waff began life in 2019 as a small stand at Lake Mácha.

Then one day I discovered this beautiful spot in Česká Lípa that totally won me over — and it was then that I simply knew: this was the place for a pancake-and-waffle café!

Three years on, I felt ready for the next step, and together with my uncle, I opened our second branch, Pala-Waff Liberec.

Everything we make is prepared using fresh ingredients, with love, just for you.
