Töpferbaude

Töpferbaude sits on Töpfer Hill (582 m) in the Zittau Mountains, close to the village of Oybin. It is both a welcoming mountain chalet to stop for something to eat and drink and an excellent starting point for hikes around Töpfer and the surrounding area, with its marvellous views of the local rock formations, the forests, and the wider Zittau Mountains. The summit is easily reached on foot and is perfect for families with children.

Töpferbaude is a wonderful base for hiking and shorter outings in the Zittau Mountains. Reaching the summit and nearby viewpoints, visitors are rewarded with some beautiful views of the distinctive sandstone rocks, forests, and valleys.
