Podhůří is a peaceful part of Vrchlabí in the Trutnov area as you pass through the town on the way to Kunčice nad Labem. The place is home to a notable place in local history - Vrchlabí's very first mechanical weaving mill, established and owned by Eugenal Viktor Cypers.
