ŽACLÉŘ (CENTRE)

Žacléř is a town in the Trutnov district of the Hradec Králové Region, sitting in the foothills of the Karkonosze Mountains beneath the Žacléř Ridge at around 600 metres above sea level. It is the centre of the Žacléřsko micro-region and, together with its outlying areas of Bobr and Prkenný Důl, is home to around 3,100 people. The River Bobr and Lesní Stream both spring in the town.
