Free educational meeting "Healthy SENIOR"

We invite you to an open meeting for seniors titled Healthy SENIOR. During the event, experts will discuss key issues regarding the care of the brain, heart, and kidneys, as well as topics related to rational nutrition, conscious hydration, and the safe use of medications.

The meeting will take place on November 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the MDK INBAG Hall at ul. Plac Szarych Szeregów 1 in Lubań. The event is under the Honorary Patronage of the Mayor of the City of Lubań.
