HROM 2: Jana Kuncová

27. 08. 2026 · 19:00 – 20:00LiberecCZ

About this event

At our August meetup titled HROM, we will meet with Jana Kuncová - Senior HR Generalist at Lasvit.

What topics are we interested in?

  • how designers are selected for Lasvit

  • what the requirements are for a portfolio

  • what skills and abilities a job applicant should have

  • how the recruitment process works at Lasvit

  • what internships and work experience are needed

  • which other professions are key for Lasvit

  • what kind of talent is needed for both creative and technical positions

Who is this event for?

From students of creative fields and graduates to industry professionals and the general public.

What will the event be like?

The event format is based on the concept of "Seat at the Table" conversations, which are created together.

We are not expecting a classic lecture where one person speaks and the others just listen. We invite you to one table, a shared space for conversation, sharing experiences, and new perspectives.

The HROM meeting brings a personality from the HR professional environment with whom we will open up a topic, story, or question worthy of attention.

Interesting ideas arise where people have the opportunity to ask, react, and bring their own experience. Come and sit at the table. Your questions belong there.
