Běhej lesy Jizerská takes runners into the heart of the Jizera Mountains on routes inspired by the legendary Jizerská 50 cross-country ski race. Starting in Bedřichov, the event combines forest trails, mountain scenery and some of the region’s most iconic locations.
Participants can choose between 5 km, 11 km, 23 km and 50 km courses. The programme also includes children’s races for different age groups. The routes pass well-known places such as Hřebínek, Smědava and Jizerka, while selected distances are part of the UTMB Index Races system.
As part of the popular Běhej lesy series, the event offers race facilities, refreshments and a supporting programme for runners and visitors alike.
