"Film's on" at the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Oberlausitzer Heide- und Teichlandschaft. Together with Steinhaus Bautzen e. V., the biosphere reserve administration invites you to the 6th Cinema Summer in the old sheepfold on the courtyard of the biosphere reserve administration.
A failed Berlin video store owner fights for survival when an ambitious journalist presents him as the legendary escape helper from Friedrichstraße station during the fall of the Berlin Wall. The fabricated hero story spreads rapidly in the media, bringing him unexpected attention and new income. But with his growing fame come doubts, old companions reappear, and the pressure to continue playing the role puts his personal life in turmoil.
