Windows and doors of the vanished houses in Jablonec

An exhibition of photographs by Josef Hubený and Miloslav Kalík

Come and see the photographs in which Jablonec-based photographers Josef Hubený and Miloslav Kalík have captured windows, doors and other details of Jablonec’s historic houses that have been demolished or rebuilt. These photographs from the 1960s and 1970s are now a rare historical record.
The exhibition opening will take place on Thursday, 10 September 2026, from 6.30 pm at St Anne’s Church as part of a gala evening marking the 160th anniversary of Jablonec nad Nisou’s elevation to city status.
