Looking to slow down for a moment, try something new, and create with your own hands? Come enjoy a pleasant autumn time at the Ateliér v Roubence in the Kamenářský dům at the Museum of the Bohemian Paradise in Turnov.

Four diverse art and craft workshops await you – from making tin jewelry and working with glass to beautiful hand-lettering. You don't need to be an experienced artist or craftsman. The workshops are open to beginners and advanced participants alike, and experienced instructors will guide you in small groups.

And the best part? You'll get to try everything with your own hands and take home your own product or artwork.

You will try casting tin into a mold, cleaning the casting, and creating your own piece of jewelry with a pearl or bead.

For those who want to delve a little deeper into working with tin. You will learn how to set a gemstone and create a unique piece of jewelry.

Glass tray from seed beads

You will design your own color composition using seed beads (rokail) and then have it fired into glass. You can pick up the finished tray in about a week.
