Burn a legend onto the tracks: Pyrography with Pavel Zícha

Discover the uniqueness of our city in a fun way and take home a handmade decoration. This time, we focus on a technical rarity of our region – the longest intercity tram line in the Czech Republic, which has inextricably connected Jablonec and Liberec for decades.
You will try out the technique of pyrography on plywood using a stencil and create your own graphic print featuring a tram motif. For young creators, there is also the option to make a wooden miniature of the tram.
The event is part of the year-round workshop series "Jablonec and its Phenomena" led by instructor Pavel Zícha.
The workshop is designed for artists big and small, ages 9 to 99. It takes place on Saturday, November 7, in the attic of the Dům Jany a Josefa V. Scheybalových, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in two-hour blocks. The capacity for each block is 15 people; advance reservation is required.

The workshop is organized by the Tourist Information Center in Jablonec nad Nisou (Kultura Jablonec, p. o.). Realized on the occasion of the 160th anniversary of Jablonec being granted city status, as part of the "Jablonec and its Phenomena" project with financial support from the Liberec Region.
