Guided tour with commentary: ‘The Lost Mšeno’ adds another date!
Due to high demand and the previous date being fully booked, we are adding one more guided walk in the footsteps of ‘The Lost Mšeno’ at the end of the season. Join Lubor Lacina, curator of the North Bohemian Museum, as you delve into the history of the places now submerged beneath the waters of the Jablonec reservoir. You will discover the stories behind the original houses, the village centre, the old school, the historic glassworks and factories, as well as the tram line. You will learn just how dramatically this part of Jablonec has changed.
We’ll meet on Monday 12 October at 4.00 pm at the ‘Mšeno škola’ public transport stop (in the direction of the town centre). The walk will last approximately 120 minutes.
Tickets:
Standard: 100 Kč Senior citizens over 65, students (at the Eurocentrum ticket office only): 70 Kč
Tickets can be purchased online (link above) or at the Eurocentrum reception. Advance sales close at 12 noon on the day of the event. The maximum capacity for the tour is 30 people.
